Cultural Competency-active reflection and self evaluation of one’s own cultural identity and views about difference. Participants will have the ability to learn and build on the varying cultural and community norms, fostering an awareness and appreciation of cultural difference.

Intercultural Communication-active reflection and self evaluation, participants will examine how  different cultures, beliefs and religions come together to work and communicate with each other. Workshops are aimed at increasing the participants’ cultural  awareness and skills.

Effective Mentoring-active reflection and self evaluation, participants will develop listening skills, master body language, establish appropriate mentor/mentee relationships and learn crucial tools to grow and nurture a mentoring relationship.

Mentoring Programs-detailed programs that will ensure the success of each mentee, designed specifically for your organization’s needs once assessed.

Academic Coaching Workshops-active reflection and self evaluation, providing assistance outside of content areas for students in need of organizational and study skill based assistance. Participants will develop independent methods for success such as: time management, study skills, test preparation, test taking, procrastination, and stress reduction.
